Northridge High School Choral Invitational 2016 (Updated 2/10, 9 pm)
Attendance will be taken at 4:37 am, Central time on Saturday Morning. (2/20/16) All students need to be in the choir room at that time.
We will need to leave by NO LATER THAN 4:50 am, Central Time.
Legacy will go to warm-up at 8:57 am and will take the stage at 9:41 am (Eastern Time)
Swingsingers will go to warm-up at 1:41 pm and will take the stage at 2:25 pm. (Eastern Time)
The Solo Competition singers will perform between 4:30-5:10. (Eastern Time) (Updated)
For any parents/siblings/family members interested in attending, please note the following info:
Daytime Awards (Swingsingers & Solo comp) will be held around 6:00pm. If we make finals, we will perform between 8:45-10:50 pm. Final Awards are scheduled for 11:15 pm.
If we do not make finals, we will leave after the Preliminary Awards at around 6:30pm (Eastern). We anticipate making it back to BHS around 8:30 or 9 pm (Central).
If either group makes finals, we will all stay until the end of the Final Awards. We anticipate making it back to BHS around 12:30 or 1 am (Central). Students will be instructed to call for a ride when the buses are 30 minutes away from BHS.

For any parents/siblings/family members interested in attending, please note the following info:
- Admission prices are as follows: Tickets are $10 per session and $15 for the entire day of February 20th. Children under 10 are free.
- Northridge High School is located at 56779 Northridge Dr, Middlebury IN, 46540
- PROGRAMS/SOUVENIRS: Souvenir programs are $5.
- CAFETERIA: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, as well as snack items, coffees and smoothies will be served throughout the day.
- AUDIENCE SEATING/PERFORMANCE VENUE RULES
- Northridge HS asks that you do not bring food into the building.
- The first two rows of seats are reserved for the fans of the current performing group. NHS asks that after they perform, your supporters vacate those seats so that the next group’s fans may sit down.
- There is absolutely NO food or drink allowed in the Auditorium. Water Bottles are acceptable.
- During each performance you will not be allowed to enter or exit the Auditorium.
- You must wait until the end of the current performance before the doors will be opened. All spectators will enter the Auditorium on the right and exit on the left to avoid any congestion.
- It is important that you TURN OFF all cell phones and any other electronic devices. These devices interfere with the sound systems, even if they are turned to vibrate, so please turn all electronic devices completely off upon entering the performance space.
- Flash photography is not permitted in the Auditorium. A professional photographer is not being used, and personal photography is encouraged. Please no flash photography!
- No spectator is to block the professional video equipment and/or performing ensembles.
- Due to licensing and copyright restraints, there will be no DVDs of the Northridge Choral Invitational for sale this year. We will, however, provide directors with an archival copy of their group’s performance along with their judges’ comments following the afternoon awards ceremony.
- Northridge High School is a smoke-free campus.
